Can I use my computer and the Olivoice phone at the same time?
Yes, you will be able to work on your computer, surf the web, make and receive calls all at the same time. back

Do I need a router to have my computer and the Olivoice phone connected simultaneously?
If you choose to buy the telephone adapter from Olivoice you will not need a router, since the telephone adapter we provide has LAN and WAN ports. back

Do I speak through my computer to use the Olivoice service?
No, you use a normal telephone to make calls rather than speaking through a computer. Please note that you need a broadband connection, whether it is DSL or Cable in addition to a phone adapter that you can get through Olivoice. Once your Olivoice phone is installed, all you need to do is pick up the phone and dial.back

What is E911?
Olivoice provides Enhanced 911 (E911) calling. With E911, your call is routed to the Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) that supports the service address you registered with your account. The emergency operator receives name, address, and phone number of the caller automatically. back

We had a power outage and now my phone is not working. What shall I do?
- Start by powering off every device on your network (such as Modem, Router, Phone adapter and Computer)
- Leave all these devices off for one minute.
- Power on the modem and wait 30 seconds.
- Power on your first devices connected to the modem (Router or Firewall or the phone adapter).
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Power up the rest of the devices that are connected to the first device connected to the modem. back
