Arawest Telecom Pte. Ltd.  (Olivoice) will not trade, sell, or disclose to any third party any form of the subscriber’s personally identifiable information without the consent of the subscriber (except as required by subpoena, search warrant or other legal process or in the case where failure to disclose information will lead to imminent harm to the subscriber or others).

What is “Personally Identifiable Information”?
“Personally Identifiable Information” consists of information that can be associated with a specific individual or entity, or permits the individual or entity to be contacted either online or physically. This includes but not limited to, a subscriber’s name, email address, telephone number, address and 911 Service Address.

Collection and Use of Information
Olivoice collects and uses personally identifiable information for billing, provisioning of service, resolution of problems associated with service, 411 directory services, and to inform subscribers of new products or services that will better meet their needs. Olivoice may also share such information with business partners to ensure the successful provisioning and operation of its services and to market products and services to the subscriber, but will not disclose or make available any subscriber identifiable information to any third parties seeking to market products. Furthermore, if a subscriber chooses not to participate in direct marketing of new products and services from Olivoice, that subscriber’s information will not be used for the purpose of marketing new products, the notice must be in writing. Moreover, subscribers may request to have their information deleted from Olivoice’s directory.

Communications
Olivoice will not read, listen to or disclose to any third parties private email, conversations, or other communications that are transmitted using Olivoice services, except as required to ensure proper operation of services or as otherwise authorized by law.

Security
Olivoice has invested and deployed a wide variety of technology and security features to ensure the privacy of subscriber information on its network. Furthermore, Olivoice has implemented strict operations guidelines to ensure subscriber privacy is safeguarded. Olivoice will continue to revise policies and implement additional security features as new technologies arise.

Unlawful Activity
Olivoice may use personally identifiable information to investigate and help prevent potentially unlawful activity or activities that threaten the integrity of service, the network integrity, that otherwise violate Olivoice’s agreements or activities that are or may be illegal.

Account Information
The subscriber is responsible for ensuring that the information, such as name, address or billing information on file with Olivoice is current and accurate.

Children's Privacy Policy
Olivoice does not sell products or services for purchase by children. Olivoice does not knowingly solicit or collect subscriber identifiable information from children or teenagers under the age of eighteen. Furthermore, Olivoice will not knowingly link to any third party web site that solicits or collects subscriber identifiable information from minors. If you believe that a minor has disclosed personally identifiable information to Olivoice, please contact us at info@olivoice.com so that we remove the information.

Olivoice Spam Policy
Using Olivoice facilities for spamming is strictly prohibited. Spam complaints will be dealt with seriously and can result in losing Olivoice privileges.
