With Olivoice Voicemail you can listen to your Voicemail messages in three different ways:
- Using your Olivoice phone.
- By dialing Olivoice Voicemail Access Numbers from any phone.
- Using the web.
How do I use my Voicemail with Olivoice?
Using your Olivoice Phone
Dial 8500 from your Olivoice phone and follow the prompts.
Changing Voicemail preferences using your Olivoice Phone

Remote access to your Voicemail from any phone
- Dial any of the Direct Access Numbers (see list below).
- Enter your Mailbox Number (your 10-digit phone number e.g

- Dial a Voicemail Direct Access Number (see list below).
- Enter your Mailbox Number (your 10-digit phone number).

Listening to your Voicemail on the web
To listen to your Voicemail on the web
Log in your Olivoice account page and go to the "Voicemail" tab, you can listen to your messages and delete them.
To change your Voicemail preferences on the web
- Enable and disable Voicemail.
- Change waiting time of your Voicemail, basically how much time your phone rings before the caller gets transferred to the Voicemail inbox.
